When purchasing, you must accept Pihl Bang's terms and conditions. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions carefully.
Prices:
At Pihl Bang, I reserve the right to make any errors in the prices stated.
Furthermore, I reserve the right to change prices and update information without prior consent.
In the event of a pricing error on an item you have ordered, I will of course notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before I allow the transaction to go through.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include 25% Danish VAT.
Payment:
Pihl Bang accepts payment with:
Dankort/VISA Dankort
VISA
Mastercard
American Express.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. A larger amount can never be debited than what you have authorized.
Pihl Bang uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that all your information is treated confidentially and that no one can read your information.
An order placed on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.
Shipping and Delivery:
In the event of a longer delivery time, you will be contacted by email immediately after your order has been processed.
All shipments in Denmark are sent as parcel mail with Post Nord.
Delivery is free in Denmark for purchases over 499 DKK.
Shipping to other countries 299 DKK.
Please contact Freja Pihl Bang for information about delivery abroad.
Postal North: Delivery takes place Monday to Friday via Post Nord and is sent as a private package to your nearest post office.
The shipment will typically be stored for up to 14 days before the package is returned to Freja Pihl Bang as undelivered.
If you experience problems receiving your package, or problems such as your package not showing up, please contact Freja Pihl Bang.
If the item is visibly damaged during shipping, it is important that you reject the package upon receipt.
Exchange and right of withdrawal:
Pihl Bang wants happy and satisfied customers and can only encourage you to contact me by email: Kontak@frejapihlbang.dk if there are problems with the goods you have purchased.
There is a 14-day full right of return on all silver and gold-plated jewelry purchased in the webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellations must be notified to me no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation.
The notification must be given by email at Kontakt@frejapihlbang.dk In the notification, you must clearly inform me that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Custom-made jewelry:
All solid gold jewelry is handmade to order. As this jewelry is custom made, it is non-refundable, but can be resized.
Condition of the item when you return it:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.
In addition, the jewelry must be returned in the original packaging and the invoice must be enclosed as this serves as a receipt for your purchase, otherwise I cannot refund the money for the purchased items.
I recommend that you return your items in a way that gives you a receipt that I have received your package.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach the workshop.
Packages returned by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If the above is not met, Pihl Bang reserves the right to return the goods to the buyer.
Right of complaint:
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a condition that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product.
When you return the item, please state the nature of the defect and the date of purchase, documented with an invoice. Please note – I do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Always remember to return the item in proper packaging. We recommend that you return your items in a way that gives you a receipt that we have received your package.

Please note that gold plating and oxidation are surface treatments and will therefore wear off over time. Also, handmade jewelry may vary slightly in appearance.
