Trading conditions

You must accept the Pihl Bang terms and conditions when purchasing. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions carefully.

Prices:
At Pihl Bang, I reserve the right for any errors in stated prices.
Furthermore, I reserve the right to change the prices and update the information without prior consent.
In the event of a pricing error on an item you have ordered, I will of course notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before allowing the transaction to go through.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. 25% Danish VAT.

Payment:
Pihl Bang receives payment with:
Dankort/VISA-Dankort
WE SAW
MasterCard
American Express.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. An amount greater than what you have approved can never be withdrawn.

Pihl Bang uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that all your information is treated confidentially and that your information cannot be read.

An order placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping and Delivery:

In the event of a longer delivery time, you will be contacted by email immediately after your order has been processed.

All shipments in Denmark are sent as parcel post with Post Nord.
Delivery is free in Denmark for purchases over DKK 499.

Shipping to other countries DKK 299.
Please contact Freja Pihl Bang for information on delivery abroad.

Post North: Delivery takes place Monday to Friday via Post Nord and is sent as a private package to your nearest post office.

The shipment will typically be stored for up to 14 days before the package is returned to Freja Pihl Bang as undelivered.

If you experience problems when receiving your package, or problems such as your package not appearing, please contact Freja Pihl Bang.

If the item is visibly damaged during shipping, it is important that you reject the package upon receipt.

Exchange and right of withdrawal:
Pihl Bang wants happy and satisfied customers and can only encourage you to contact me by email: Kontak@frejapihlbang.dk if there are problems with the goods you have purchased.
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellation must be notified to me no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.
The notice must be given by mail at Kontakt@frejapihlbang.dk In the message, you must make me clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

The item's condition when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
In addition, the jewelery must be returned in its original packaging and the invoice must be attached as this serves as a receipt for your purchase, otherwise I cannot refund the money for the purchased goods.
I recommend that you send your goods back in a way where you get a receipt that I have received your package.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach the workshop.
Packages returned per cash on delivery is not accepted.

If the above is not met, Pihl Bang reserves the right to send the goods back to the buyer.

Right of complaint:
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act.
This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a condition that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product.
When you return the item, please state what the fault consists of and the time of purchase, documented with an invoice. Note – I do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Remember to always send the item back in proper packaging. We recommend that you send your goods back in a way where you get a receipt that we have received your package.

Reservation:
Pihl Bang reserves the right for printing errors, spelling errors and delays that Pihl Bang cannot control.
The caveat is that gilding and oxidation is a surface treatment and will therefore wear off over time. Note that handmade jewelry may vary slightly in appearance,
